Mike Evans has worked closely with Simon Group Holdings Chairman and CEO, Sam Simon, for over two decades. A proven leader, he brings strategic, financial, and operational expertise to overseeing growth and value creation across the SGH portfolio. His experience spans strategy, operations, and financial improvements across all holdings.

After graduating with honors from Western Michigan University with dual degrees in Finance and Accounting, Mike began his professional career as a Financial Analyst in the automotive industry.

Born a Hoosier in Indianapolis, he believes in faith, family, and work — all in that order.

Biana Hamady brings her extensive legal experience in contract negotiations, litigation, safety procedures, and compliance matters to her role managing legal affairs for Simon Group Holdings and Atlas Oil Company, serving as a member of the Leadership Team for both organizations.

Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, Biana moved to the United States in 1979. After graduating from Oakland University in 1999, she discovered her true passion in the law, and attended law school at Michigan State.

Her comprehensive legal acumen is the result of exposure to a diverse array of industries over the course of her career. No stranger to overcoming challenges, her work ethic and integrity are unmatched.

Peter Simon is the President of Simon Sports, a global sports, media, and investment firm with ~$100m deployed across the industry. The firm targets growth stage team assets and adjacent businesses in sports tech, media, and entertainment.

In addition to Simon Sports, he is a general partner and IC member at Midnight Venture Partners, a consumer fund in Austin investing in Health/Wellness, CPG, and Longevity. He is also broadening his relationships throughout venture and tech/AI as he furthers his business interests in the industry. Peter is a limited partner in funds and a direct growth stage investor in breakout AI, fintech, and hard tech companies.

An attorney by trade, Robbie began his career in state government, serving on the executive staff for the Michigan Attorney General, Secretary of State, and multiple House Speakers, where he was valued for his strategic insight and leadership. He is a listen-first leader who excels at aligning teams with their goals while navigating challenges to drive success.

He leans on his extensive experience to provide strategic solutions to complex issues at the highest level for the Simon Group Holdings family of companies.

He is an alumnus of Suffolk University Law School in Boston and Ferris State University.

Brad Albright is a finance professional whose career spans investment analysis, transaction execution, and corporate strategy across the energy, aerospace, real estate, and technology sectors. At Simon Group Holdings, he leads the finance function of a multi-sector family office, directing capital deployment, M&A, and portfolio optimization initiatives that have driven growth and operational resilience.

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oakland University, where he graduated with honors.

He began his career in investment management before transitioning to more operationally focused roles, enjoying the unique challenge of aligning financial strategy with on-the-ground execution.

Originally from Michigan, Brad’s professional roots are grounded in the state’s entrepreneurial and industrial culture.

Mark Hill leads SGH’s U.S. Corporate Development team, focusing on business strategy and execution, operational support, portfolio optimization, marketing, asset deployment, and new market initiatives within the energy and technology sector.

Mark is an attorney that has spent his career focused on transactional matters and corporate governance, giving him the tools to lead strategic M&A transactions within the SGH portfolio from target identification and due diligence to closing and post-deal integration.

He is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law and Michigan State University.

Mary Wilusz serves as Chief People Officer for Simon Group Holdings, bringing enterprise-wide HR leadership across a highly diversified portfolio of companies spanning the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In this role, she aligns people strategy with executive business priorities, oversees talent management, compensation, and HRIS infrastructure, and drives the organizational initiatives that fuel attraction, retention, and long-term growth.

With more than 25 years of progressive HR leadership, Mary has built and led high-performing HR functions across global manufacturing and automotive environments. Her career is defined by a consistent ability to translate complex business needs into scalable people solutions that drive meaningful organizational results.

Mary’s vision for HR at SGH is simple and ambitious: to be the kind of organization where people brag about working. That means competing fiercely for top talent, developing strong leaders at every level, and building a culture where growth is not a perk but a promise. A Michigan native and proud Spartan, Mary holds an MBA from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University.

Donald is a senior finance and corporate development executive with more than 20 years of experience leading strategic finance, M&A, and value creation initiatives for family offices and their portfolio companies. Responsible for the Canadian investment strategy of Simon Group Holdings, he oversees investment evaluation, capital allocation, and financial performance across a diversified portfolio of operating businesses.

A trusted advisor to operators and management teams, with deep expertise in transaction execution, business development, FP&A, governance, and growth strategy. Donald holds the CPA and CBV designations.

John Ortoleva is the Assistant General Counsel for Simon Group Holdings. He provides legal services to all entities under the SGH umbrella, minimizing risk and enhancing profitability- all while maintaining the highest ethical standards. He also serves on the Atlas Oil Leadership Team, overseeing legal affairs for Atlas and its affiliates.

A proud Nutmegger hailing from New Haven, John received his JD from Michigan State University after attending undergrad at Clark University in Worcester, MA. He draws on extensive legal expertise, having handled hundreds of cases, trials, and court appearances across the automotive, manufacturing, service, banking, and insurance sectors throughout his professional career.

Silke Kuhn serves as the Controller for Simon Group Holdings. She focuses primarily on the financial wellness of the entire SGH portfolio.

Prior to moving to SGH, Silke started as an Analyst on the Atlas Oil Company team. She quickly rose through through the ranks due largely in part to her expansive business acumen, attention to detail, and status as a consummate team player.

Silke was born and grew up in Germany. She has a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Walsh College.
